We’re looking for an experienced HR Generalist based in Hungary to work full-time at Presonate™.

Our Ideal Candidate
Your role as an HR Generalist will be far from one-dimensional. As a HR Generalist, you have a broad knowledge of human resources functions, from hiring to onboarding and from employee compensation to evaluation.
You are familiar with a wide range of HR tasks, like planning and execution of recruitment, onboarding, administration, career development and planning of employee benefits and leaves. Our ideal candidate is ready to use previously gained experience for the development of Presonate’s new HR strategy and framework.

Responsibilities

Manage talent acquisition and recruitment processes

Conduct employee onboarding and help to organize training & development initiatives

Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates

Promote HR programs to create an efficient and supportive workplace
-
Create strategy from recruitment to performance management and innovate Presonate's HR processes

Ensure compliance with labor regulations

Required Skills and Qualifications

Proven experience as an HR Generalist

BSc/BA in Business administration or relevant field
-
Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
-
Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
-
Outstanding knowledge of MS Office
-
Excellent communication and people skills
-
Aptitude in problem-solving
-
Desire to work as a team with a results driven approach

Advanced use of English language is a must
-
Additional HR training will be a plus
-
Work experience with HRIS systems (e.g. Salesforce, Zoho People etc.) is a great extra that we consider
