FULL TIME IN HUNGARY
We’re looking for an experienced Creative Project Manager based in Hungary to work full-time at Presonate™. Graphic Design Skills + Management Experience are required.

With Presonate, you’ll be managing the creation of world-class presentations, interactive documents, informative 2D animations, and graphic design projects for several international teams of our key clients.
If you enjoy working with team members across functions, have a knack for the details, and can balance creativity with managing business objectives (much like a traditional project manager), this might be the role for you.

Our Ideal Candidate
You are a graphic design pro who has extensive project management experience gained in a creative agency environment. You’re confident in maintaining ownership over creative projects, facilitating the workflows and processes within the agency from strategy and brief development through final deliverables, and ensuring that the project status is clearly communicated on a regular basis. You will have worked within a fast paced environment with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively in addition to your meticulous working practices and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Map out project inputs and manage resources (team, time, budget) effectively

Be the first point of contact for strategic clients

Develop and innovate creative workflows:

Receive client request
-
Listen, educate discover and offer options
-
Establish scope of work, set budget in collaboration with the Account Manager
-
Brainstorm and delegate, set SMART goals
-
Create project timeline (Collaborate with the Traffic Manager)

Check-in with team members, motivate, encourage and support
-
Keep the client informed and engaged
-
Send assets for review
-
Make revisions
-
Send final project
-
Follow up and receive feedback

Oversee and analyse products, understand new upsell opportunities

Recognize and manage high and low performances, plan promotions, and help HR understand your team’s need

Report your activity and about the clients to the Account Executive
During the initial 3-4 months, you will be working mainly on the projects as a senior presentation/graphic designer in order to become familiar with the products before you take the management position. However, you will be compensated as a project manager during the initial period too.

Required Skills and Qualifications
-
Minimum bachelor’s degree in Management, Graphic Design, Art, Media, or other related fields

A minimum of 1 years of well-rounded creative project management experience

A minimum of 5 years of graphic/presentation design experience
-
Ability to discuss design ideas, details, and decisions confidently with clients
-
Experience in Sales and Marketing, Graphic Design and Information Technologies (Saas) is a great advantage
-
Ability to work independently while adjusting and adapting management styles and techniques to the uniqueness of each project
-
Professional level understanding of the English language - both verbal and written communication - to understand and interpret the client briefs and to execute effectively
